2/18/20 | For each word, find a way to creatively express it.

2/11/20 | Choose a font to redraw it by hand to the best of your ability. Do not trace it.

4/7/20 | Use InDesign to create a personal logotype that represents who you are in both a grayscale and color version. Be sure to include a description and place your logo on a business card and another item of your choice.

1/28/20 | Using Adobe Illustrator, play with the 16 principles of design we learned about in class. Label the design principle in the bottom right corner of each page. Every piece must use a grayscale (no color).

3/1/20 | Choose a song that is meaningful to you and utilize the skills you have learned so far to create an expressive type booklet from the lyrics (these were printed, folded, cut, and glued together in an accordion style). You are limited to one color and it's values as well as black and white text.

For this project, I chose the song "Rainbow" by Sia

4/3/20 | Create an informational poster mailer (printed and folded) with the provided concert schedule for the Colorado Symphony. Your work should combine the creativity explored in earlier assignments with the layout skills we began to develop during the résumé assignment.

4/30/20 | Create an infographic on a topic that is meaningful to you. Be sure to have a clear message for your audience. Be sure to include your sources. When you have finished designing your infographic, use Adobe XD to make your infographic interactive.

2/25/20 | Choose a font and create a type specimen poster for it. Make sure you include who created the font, at least four different variations, a brief description, and the alphabet in both capital and lowercase letters. You are allowed to use only one color but may use different values.

3/11/20 | Using the recipes provided, create a cookbook with the photo and then the recipe for each item using grids in InDesign. You may not use more than two fonts and your grid has to be applicable to all three recipes.
